FAQ
We have spent many hours trying to decide a fair way to offer tickets. We want to accomodate our local current customers and every out of town customer that we can. We have created this FAQ to help eliminate any confustion. If you do have further questions, please feel free to call the store at 913-248-7826.
How can I sign up? By telephone or walk in. Please note that we will have TWO phone lines and ONE cash register. The phone numbers are 913-248-7826 or 913-248-7779. If you call in, please be prepared to give your credit card number.
What payment do you accept? Visa, MC, Discover, Check or Cash. NO coupons or credit of any kind will be accepted. NO returns or exchanges. If we try to run a credit card taken over the phone, and it is declined, you will lose the spot in class (so make sure they are all paid up ladies!! :-)). No children, dogs, cats, animals or husbands will be accepted for payment.
What happens if I sign up and can't make it? There will be absolutely NO returns and NO exchanges. If you buy the ticket, it's yours. You will NOT be allowed to switch classes after you sign up. If you have an emergency, and can't use the ticket, you MUST call the store and let us know who will be using it. Tickets will be issued in the specific person's name and we will ask for ID (if we don't know you of course) when you surrender your ticket for class. Yes, you will get to keep part of it for your scrapbook.
Can I sign up my friend? Yes, you may sign up two other people. However, you must bring their name and phone number, and tickets will be issued as such. PLEASE NOTE: We will not allow other stores to purchase tickets or send groups of employees to these classes. We want to offer these classes to as many of our customers as possible, not provide training. However, if you are a store owner and would like to get Tim in your store, I will be glad to give you the information. We reserve the right to refuse tickets to anyone we feel may abuse the offer.
How many classes can I sign up for? There will be a limit of 2 classes per person for the first week. Should there be any spots remaining on April 19th (yeah right), we will issue the class "open sign-up" and you can add the class even if you are already enrolled in two. But don't hold your breath.
If I call in, how do I get my tickets? Your can pick them up in the store, or we can ship them to you for a $5 charge. We will ship Priority Mail so we have a tracking number.
Can I purchase tickets for my friend?
Yes, HOWEVER....... you can only sign up two people other than yourself, and only for two classes each. You will have to provide their name and phone numbers, and the tickets will be issued to them ONLY.
Can we camp out on the 9th?
Of course! How FUN! If you plan on it, please let me know, so I can alert the management and the Shawnee Police. They love us and protect us very well, and we don't want them making you leave! Heck - I might even bring breakfast!
How does calling in to sign up work?
What happens when you sell out the classes?
We will lock the door, not answer the phone and go home to enjoy our Sunday. Probably have a cocktail or two. However, I will also post it on our blog, so check there regularly.
Where are the classes being held?
Next door to Stamper's, Ink.
Will we be able to see pictures of the classes? Yes, as soon as he sends them to me I will post them on our website and blog.
Is Mario coming too? YES!
What do I need to bring to class? NOTHING. Not even scissors. No totes or bags will be let in. Remember, there will be 100 people taking class with you. Tim will provide absolutely everything, including adhesive and scissors. Cell phones will not be allowed either.
